Some decent furniture. We still have three pieces from them. Had issues with salesperson and manager last time I went to buy a new recliner. That time ended up buying from Cardi's.nWill give them another look.
We went to the store with an appointment for a private viewing at 9 am. We were greeted kindly by the Worker and he showed us all the sofas we were interested in. He explain how the manual vs motorized recliners worked, Several colors to choose from and we placed our order knowing that delivery is in 4-6 months. The price given to us was fantastic as we saved over $1700.
Cris was great to work with, very helpful and knowledgable. No pressure. Ordered two quality, custom recliners at a great price! Very happy. Will definitely recommend.
We were very pleased with our experience at LAZBOY in Warwick, RI, 02886.nnThe sales associate was Christian Orellana. He was very attentive and had us try out several power reclining love seats so we could decide for ourselves which one we preferred.nnHe answered any questions that we had and made several helpful suggestions. When it came time to choose a fabric and color, he spent a great deal of time explaining the qualities of each.nnIt was great having someone who was not a high pressure sales person.nnWe would highly recommend him to any of our relatives or friends who are interested in this type of furniture.nnJanet and George
