I went to Raymour and Flanigan Outlet looking for a mattress. I had a wonderful woman Barbara Martin greet me and bring me to the exact one I was looking at online. She gave me all the details and even discussed different box spring options with me. All in all a very painless furniture shopping experience. Would 10/10 recommend going and looking for Barbara for anything you need. Also next day delivery if your items are in CT is a huge plus.
Great experience! Just the right amount of customer support! Salesperson did not hover around as we shopped but they were available/near to answer questions, check inventory, etc. Again, great experience, would highly recommend shopping at this store!
We recently had a fantastic experience at this store. We were immediately greeted by Keith who offered to assist us in picking out a living room set. We were interested in pieces that were in stock and immediate for delivery and Keith helpfully guided us to all available options. He was personable, professional, and efficient and in our opinion was the epitome of customer service. When we come back we'll be asking for Keith! Thank you for an easy, great experience.
I couldn’t have had a better experience. They saved me today. I am in the middle of moving and got rid of all the old furniture, was supposed to get new furniture delivered today from a competitor which failed to do so. I walked in today was greeted and treated with nothing but respect. I will have my order Sunday delivered and assembled. They were so patient as well with my indecisiveness. Couldn’t have asked for any better.nnThank you so much ladies!!!
We were quite frustrated after 3 trips back and forth just to pay for our purchase. The first attempt I understand because my bank was closed and they wouldn’t allow the withdrawal, we were told if we could go home and come back with a check that would definitely work so we went home and came back with a check and again they couldn’t process it so a third ride back home to get cash and come back and finally we were able to complete our purchase. Frustrating to say the least especially when you live 30 minutes away.
