As I was having great difficulty with a new Motorola phone I had bought at metro and had just gone to Miami for a week shortly after purchasing the new phone so it was hugely inconvenient because I could not schedule my travel arrangements I could not return phone calls and I brought it into several different metro PCS businesses and also made several phone calls ( and I've been with metro for years I love metro PCS ) , but today I was very fortunate I went to the West Warwick metro PCS on main Street and I encountered Kevin there Kevin or Kenny but he was wonderful he went through the phone he found that the phone would flip off of internet on its own he went through many different types of notifications because the phone had been ringing a nonstop notification since I purchased it and he was the first person to realize that it actually was the phone itself.. he is knowledgeable, so patient, and so kind
