After looking at several options for a replacement stereo and remote start/alarm system, I decided to take a trip down to SoundFX in Warwick. We met with Zach who did a great job of getting everything matched to my car and priced out. The installation went as expected without a hitch, they even took the time to remove (after checking with me first) some old unused wiring the previous owner had while they were in there working. Post installation, Zach took his time explaining the new setup with me and when he saw one item that he thought wasn't right, he immediately took the car back in for a quick check to be sure everything was as expected. I did have a few questions about the new setup a few days later and Zach made sure to contact the manufacture to get the answers I needed. I look forward to working with them again on my other vehicles.

We have an SUV and the previous owner told us that the factory remote starter wasn’t working. I still gave it a shot and tried using the remote starter to no avail. So finally, after a few years of owning the SUV we decided to have a new remote starter installed. We dropped it off at SoundFX Warwick last night and they were supposed to have it done the following day by 5:30 pm. We were shocked however, when we received an early call from one of the associates, Zach. He told us that there was no need to install a remote starter on our SUV because the factory starter was working. What we (and the previous owner) didn’t know is that there is a simple button sequence on the remote that has to be performed in order for the starter to work.nnAll this to say, we really appreciate the honesty of the SoundFX team. They could have easily just installed a new starter and not tell us about the factory starter working. We have had a few starters installed on other vehicles in the past at SoundFX Warwick, and we have always been pleased with their work. But today, they earned our trust. You don’t see this kind of work ethic that often anymore, but we’re so glad we got to see it today. We also want to give a big shout out to Zach! Thank you for your sincerity, and for the respect you show your customers. I’m sure the owners will be pleased to know how well you represent their company. Keep up the great work!

I brought my car in to have an issue with the automatic starter checked out. SoundFX had installed the starter for me about 8 years ago. It was ready quickly and John said they just needed to reset something and there would be no charge! They easily could have charged me for this and they didn't. Honesty and integrity! Amazing customer service by John and the SoundFX team. I will definitely come back and highly recommend SoundFX! :)

I’m very impressed with how my stereo system, sounds it sounds amazing! I highly recommend getting work done with these guys I’m definitely coming back for more business. Very impressed!!! Best in town!

Love my new Radio and remote start. Zack was great! He took his time explaining how to use everything and made sure I understood before I left.
