Workers here directed me toward an Xbox microphone that is absolutely the best mic I have EVER had.. very helpful and informative... great experience all the way around

went into the store to buy a PlayStation 4 was talked into buying a PlayStation 4 bundle because that is the only way they would sell it to me the owner of the store came in while I was asking a question about the game stipulations and he told me to pick up whatever game I wanted on the shelf because it's Christmas when I went to the register the cashier said he had to call the owner the owner then tells the cashier on the phone that I would have to be charged regular price which is get any four games under $14.99 in the bundle there are no games available for that price so he told me I could pay the upsell of the. such shoddy customer service very shady customer service during the Christmas season on a working family during this pandemic they should be ashamed of themselves. I left the store with no PlayStation 4 because they would not sell it to me singly even though they did not have the games in stock to go with the deal that they were making you do

Kyle was very helpful. Fast friendly service. Selection needs improvement....... But it is just after Christmas.
