Great experience at this store. Chris and John were helpful and knowledgeable. Were able to fix an issue with my phone upgrade at another store in minutes.

John the manager is a very very helpful and patient with everything was very pleasant visit and got my new phone and tablet

I am manager so i am quite aware of customer service. Tmobile is far the worst carrier ever. They have 0% customer service. I would not reccomend anybody to go with tmobile. Verizon might be $15 or $20 extra but they are worth going with.

I went in just to browse and walked out with a great phone and a great service plan. The service was great. Definitely check out this store if you need a new phone or want to switch providers
