I made an online purchase to pick up in store. Part of my order was canceled. When I called I spoke with the manager who’s name is Walt. I tried explaining the parts that got canceled but instead of helping look into them he laughed at me for not knowing the exact name of the part. He was extremely rude, never asked for my name or order number. When I said maybe I should just cancel my 1300 dollar order he said yeah maybe you should. I was so excited to find a small store that sells Kenmore but unfortunately I will NEVER purchase from them again.
Amazing service and products. Walt is beyond wonderful.
We were looking for a refrigerator. Walt was very helpful in helping us choose an Kenmore model that was within our budget.
The people who work here are wonderful. It will be hard to beat the friendly sales and service you get here. Very highly recommend them.
order a dryer, was supposed to be delivered on mon, did not get till wens, it was like the 3 stooges minus 1. getting the old dryer out, all the time dave yapping about trump. prior to that trying to get a hold of Charlie like finding a ufo. not happy with delivery/installation crew not professional at all, will never use this store again!!!!!!
