The staff were friendly and very helpful. I was having issues transferring from Android to Apple system. They went above and beyond to assist me in getting it set up. They even went over my new phone with me to make sure I was confident with my purchase.
I came to this store to add a phone to my plan for my daughter the manager there was extremely helpful all the questions I had were answered he was very knowledgeable with all the equipment and service’s T-Mobile provides!!
Dave, Jay and Allison were extremely helpful. We had multiple phones that needed upgrades and they all helped to make the transition completely seamless! Thank you for your patience and your expertise!
