Ordered donuts in advance online for a special occasion. Arrived to find several online orders being prepped, none were mine. The person working blamed to issue on toast tab not notifying them of the order, offered to either refund my money or I could pick from what was left. I picked from the slim selection and was thanked for my understanding. I actually wasn't understanding, more puzzled as I questioned all the orders that came in after mine being prepped with donuts that were now not available to fulfill my order. The order was in the system, other orders were being fulfilled, if it was human error I'd much rather honesty than being brushed off. Disappointed.
Omg. Best doughnuts I've ever had. I could have eaten the whole box. It's my families ritual to go every Sunday. I wish I lived in RI to go every Sunday with them but I was only visiting ud83dude1e
Good donuts. Glad this place opened in EG. Nice addition to Main Street.
I used KNEAD Donuts as the dessert vendor for my wedding. They had an amazing selection and the donuts were a hit with all our guests (we ordered 60 donuts for 45 people - there were none left at the end of the night). The event coordinator was really lovely and even sent well wishes after our wedding day. I highly recommend them for an event or just pop into their store for a treat - you can't beat their passion fruit donuts!
