Our move date was up in the air up until the day of the move. The sales and logistics staff worked with us the entire time. on move day the movers were punctual and professional and handled our move with care and respect for the properties and contents. Very impressed would absolutely use again.
We were undecided on moving date and which company to use as we were going from Ohio to El Paso, TX. Debra Torrey made it extremely easy by providing alternative dates and providing valuable feedback quickly. She is very knowledgeable and professional but yet has a calm way about her making it a pleasurable experience. What could have been a very stressful process was made extremely smooth and seamless. I should add that we have moved around the country 6 times and never had it go as smooth as working with Debra. I would highly recommend Debra for any move. Robert Miller, Canton, Ohio
