We called Penske Sunday morning last minute after trying to pick up a truck from Uhaul that said they were open but apparently wasn’t and talked to Andrew and he squeezed us in for a 16ft truck for the day at Penske on Perry Dr in Canton! Great customer service! Would definitely recommend!

This review is based off of the customer service I received when speaking with Patrick. I recently moved and needed a moving truck, I went through an authorized business and the truck was great for the job. However I had an issue with communication from from the authorized business about how long it would take for me to get my hold refunded. After speaking with Patrick at Penske he went above and beyond to get my questions answered clearly and was huge help getting the issue resolved.
Amazing service! They worked with me on all of my weird requests and beat the competition's price by a LANDSLIDE. Highly recommended.
Patrick and Austin deserve a raise and promotions. Quite the MOVING experience!
