Unprofessional!!! Management has a very nonchalant attitude. He shows little concern for customers. I thought it was just me until i heard other customers complaining about how poor his customer service is.
Highly unprofessional. Had an appointment scheduled and got there, they advised me I didn't have an appointment scheduled. Very disappointing...
Great experience! Had to haul a motorcycle one way to Columbus. Steven made sure I had everything I needed to transport safely...very knowledgeable and professional.
Found one of their phones in the road from a trailer that cut me off. Took the time to go in the road get it for them and bring it to their store. Went inside waited a few minutes found someone outside let him know I found it and I which he says “thanks” and walks away phone says a reward which I don’t care about but I took my time to return your property or you to which their employee seemed annoyed I bothered him with it.
Last Friday I picked up a auto transport rental from this location. Upon arriving I was greeted warmly by Adria (sorry if I spelled your name wrong! ud83dude30). Adria was soooo nice and knowledgeable. There were some hiccups with my reservation and it took a bit to get me on my way but she was patient and kind throughout the whole process. She got my auto transport set up which I really appreciated and I went on my way. The attentiveness and dedication that Adria showed was incredible. Thank you so much for all of your help, Adria! :)
