I am on my third child and I have to say this is by far the BEST place I have been to. I drove 1.5 hours to get there and the owner personally came out to meet me at 10am on a Sunday (usually closed). She was sooo sweet and really took time to let us enjoy this moment. I would recommend this place to anyone. The trip is 100% worth it. Again thank you guys so much for making this experience so amazing for us!! I won’t forget it!

I called last Thursday and was given a 10:15 AM appointment for blood work today. I get here at 10 AM and the doors locked I call and the owner tells me that they didn’t have any appointments today and they’re not gonna open until 11. States that she will call her phlebotomist and see if someone can come in I waited an hour in my car just to be told nobody can come in after I drove an hour to get here took off work and now have to cancel my gender reveal party that was scheduled for tomorrow night because I was promised results by tomorrow. If I could give zero stars I would.

I arrived a few minutes late and I waited 20 minutes for someone to check me in, but no one came to the desk. Good customer service would have checked the lobby for the scheduled client periodically for at least the next 10 to 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time. Good customer service also would have contacted via text or email after scheduled time to confirm if client is near by. I figured that they were busy with the previous client, so I waited quietly and patiently, but any more than 20 minutes is way too long to wait for customer service. Several employees walked in and out of the doors into the hallway, but no one gave me service. A wasted trip and time. Several minutes after leaving facility I get a text saying I was a no show, no call !! I give a negative ud83cudf1f for review.

Jessica was the most amazing ultrasound tech I have ever had in my life . She went above and beyond for my fiancé and I. She was extremely professional and so sweet and gentle with us and our experience. We will definitely be going back and recommending her to every one of our friends. 10/10 service and the experience was unforgettable!!
