I have never left a review online for anyone/thing. I was experiencing pain and swelling on the right side of my throat, neck, and face. I went to Kris for manual lymphatic drainage. I felt some relief immediately, but within 24 hours I was 70% better. I just saw her again and I am pain free and swelling is down. I now scheduled my husband to see her for his back. Hands down Kris is amazing. Definitely go see her.
Kris was WONDERFUL! I went in and had a migraine massage not knowing what to expect. I carry my stress in my neck, shoulders, and head and it was so wonderful!! It even did wonders for my sinuses!! It was the first massage that I TRULY felt the changes in my sinuses. I could breathe clearer and even smell better! It was very relaxing and really helped with my pain. The studio was clean, relaxing, and smelled wonderful! She had the most beautiful music playing,too! I definitely recommend Kris for any type of massage. I will definitely be going back!!
I had my first migraine massage today by Kris, all I can say is WOW! From the time you step in the door she's very professional and kind. The massage room is very calming and clean. The massage was fantastic, I've never had stress relief like that before. Kris has the perfect touch and I'm happy to say I found my hidden gem.
