I absolutely love Etna storage. Their customer service is top notch. They are always extremely friendly and have always worked with me if I had a payment problem. I'll NEVER use another storage place. I would recommend Etna storage to anyone looking for a storage place.
Set up online on day of move received a call an they went through everything move in changed my gate code for me an made sure i had what i needed. An were super helpful when i decided to upgrade to the larger unit. Over all super pleasant experience def recommend going with this company for your storage needs
My fiancé and I have had our unit since early last summer, haven’t had any problems. Units are clean, we’ve never had any trouble accessing, (as in traffic or navigating around other tenants like we’ve experienced in the past at another facility), and the owners/ employees are super pleasant when we’ve had the rare opportunity to interact with them. The email reminders are super convenient also.
We’ve used this facility for several months. They are easy to work with. We needed to move to a larger unit and it was an easy switch. They are quick to respond to maintenance and questions.
The customer service is excellent and I always deal with the same person. I know them and they know me...always looking out for my best interest. I've been a customer for almost 10 years.
