I needed to return an item to Amazon and Kohl's provides that service. When I went into Kohl's the store is very nice very clean and everyone I spoke to was very helpful. There was one gentleman who came out of the back room and I asked you to show me where I needed to go and rather than just pointing me in the right direction he actually took me there and he offered to carry the item I was returning to Amazon. And I think that is outstanding service. It was very easy to return my item everybody was very friendly and accommodating. I think this would be a great place to shop.
Very few rude sales personnel. I absolutely love the amazon drop off option. The sales are great and “35% off when signing up for a credit card” option are the best! I got my aunt to sign up and we saved over $500. Will be coming back.
I haven't been to this place since I was a kid school shopping with my dad or great aunt thanks to Amazon's return kiosks I have spent the past 3 weeks here finding everything I usually would buy on Amazon here no more 1 day shipping just get up and go shopping lol
They do everything they can to help make sure you leave happy.
Inventory for Levi jeans and men's athletic wear pants is extremely limited. Most racks, on this visit, were not well organized. Usually this store is much better but we left without a single purchase due to a lack of what we needed.
