Very polite and kind staff and employees
The best LTL trucking company in the business.
Very poor customer service. They are not helpful and will not give you an appointment. One of the worst companies out there.
ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE- Beware of this company. Shipped a $165 order to business, and had to go 6 miles off main interstate exit (same exit as international airport). And customer's business was a home business but had forklift, so nothing special was needed, miles were still the same CHARGED US $454.00 UP-CHARGE to go from business to residential delivery, (typically a $50-$75 fee ) we have blocked them from our shipping brokers so we don't even have to see them and don't accidentally use the again.
