False ADVERTISEMENT at its finest ! On there site they say LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEED and they beat competitors price . WRONG. They were $150 more than PODS. I was on hold for a supervisor for over an hour than they disconnected me , called back again and was told a supervisor would call me back because they were in a “meeting” it’s been 2 DAYS!!!

We rented the 16 foot container for a move across 11 states. Both the drivers I spoke with were kind and helpful. The whole process couldn’t have gone smoother, from the ordering phase, where the previous price I had from another pod company was not only matched but beaten. The 16 ft container I got did have a small hole on the outside (that was patched)but it did not pose an issue to my stuff. The most amazing part is that the pod is loaded and unloaded completely level. We worked hard to tie things down as directed by our drop off driver but not a single thing was broken. Each time the driver was in his way for drop off or pickup I received a courtesy call. This was a better then expected outcome for us!! Very happy with the service and price for our family’s cross country move!

Everything was great when ordering and getting it delivered it was a communication nightmare after. Could get another ones delivered in 2 days but not able to pick up for 10. Called times sat on hold after 3rd call holding left a message as requested to be called back, 3 days later still no call. Spoke with 3 people, 3 different times and was told they would get back with me...never did! Would not use them as gain. Go local!

I had my container professionally packed for my move from Illinois to Ohio. When the container was delivered I opened the doors to total carnage. So much breakage it was unbelievable; framed glass artwork, photographs, large house plants all destroyed. The movers I hired to unload the container were shocked. The right front door was smashed and the bottom of the door was bent outward. At first I thought someone tried prying the door open but after opening the doors it was obvious this container had taken a beating. I will never use this service again nor recommend it. A complete waste of of $1500. Beware.

This is the most horrible moving company out there. They lied to me about the date they would drop the pod off and pick up the pod, Also I have been moved from Texas to ohio for 1 month now and I still haven’t received, the pod with my belongings. I have called them over 50x trying to get information on my belongings and all they can say is. You will get it. There is no corporate number, an every time u ask for a manager there’s no manager on site. I spent 3 gram and this is the service you get.. This is a company under ZIPPY SHELLS
