best ever. Let me just add to what my husband put as a review. PODS Moving and Storage is the best ever. I have never dealt with any company that actually arrives on times like they did to drop the POD off, pick it up, on time to drop it off again and pick up the empty POD. I can’t begin to tell you the number of people I have recommended them to. I would never hesitate to use them again. If you’re moving yourself, they should be your mover for sure!!!
A Pod is great when you have to move with only two people. I got the Pod two weeks before I moved then kept it at my new house for two weeks to unload it at my own pace. The person setting up my service also checked the local laws about containers on your property and found out two weeks was the max time I was allowed to have the Pod. They are always great on the telephone as well.
Love them, will use them again however; I was not a fan of the Brookpark rd location.
I had a pod delivered to me last Thursday in Cleveland Heights, Ohio and your delivery professional Jeff, was one best service people I have ever dealt with. He couldn’t have been more professional or helpful. I can’t endorse his work enough. Thank you so much.
