I scheduled an appointment for permanent eyebrows and eyeliner. The studio is cute, charming and clean. I was nervous about the procedure and had been putting it off for some time. Shannon did an excellent job of explaining every step of the process. You can tell she cares about her job and her clients. She is personable, professional and meticulous. Don't hesitate like I did. Shannon is amazing...you won't be sorry.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I have no choice. After less than 6 months my microblading was almost gone without a trace. On my first session she went way too light, I didn't know which one to choose, and relied on her expertise, (which wasn't much help.) They completely vanished after the scabs fell off. When I went for my touch-up she went slightly darker. She acted irritated when I pointed out imperfections I would like fixed so they'd be symmetrical. She didn't do any graphing, shaping, etc like you see in most ads. She just kind of winged it. I was let down that I paid such a high fee for eyebrows that faded out within a matter of months. When I asked her about fixing them, and that I didn't feel she went deep enough for the ink to stay, she suggested I pay her full-price again. I could see after 18 months, but not fading within just a few, and nearly gone within 6. I would not recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Housley Institute, specifically Shannon. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2020 and had to have a double mastectomy. I did have breast reconstruction surgery but my breasts did not look the same without an areola/nipple.... Before my surgery I didn’t even know it was possible to get a 3D areola/nipple tattoo. From my first call with Shannon I knew I was going to be happy. She was so informative and insightful. She was patient with me and answered every question I had. When I arrived at Housley Institute for my actual tattoo, the space was so calming and inviting and Shannon met me with those same vibes. My appointment lasted for about 2 1/2 hours but it sure didn’t feel that long. Shannon was professional, explaining every step in the process but she was also super friendly. I think we talked the entire time I was there. My tattoo looks wonderful and makes me feel a little more normal. I have also already scheduled an appointment with Shannon to get permanent eyeliner tattooed on. I will definitely leave another review but can’t imagine it won’t be fantastic. Shannon really seems to care about what she does and her clients. I am so thankful I chose to schedule with her. She made an appointment that could have been a little uncomfortable a very tranquil experience.

I used eyebrow ink removal service. She was amazing nice but my eyebrows ink is still there after 3 sessions. It did not even get lighter. In this type of procedures i m really tired of hearing after every failure procedure that they say “it is depend on how your body reacts” I mean it is just wasting money, time, and expectations.
