Dr. Porras and her staff are wonderful! The staff is professional, efficient, and kind. Dr. Porras always listens to my concerns in a caring way while giving intelligent and experienced recommendations. My skin is in the best condition ever!! The products she offers have worked well for me and I have seen great improvement while consistently using her products. Dr. Porras has taken great care of friends I have referred to her as well. Everyone loves her ! It is nice to see first hand, as she is her best witness, that her recommendations work, as well as her products.

I have been a very satisfied returning patient of Dr. Porras for quite a few years and she has treated me for a variety of dermatologic conditions during that time, always with great success leading to favorable outcomes. In addition to being a highly qualified medical professional, she is a kind, compassionate and personable human being. Her supporting staff are attentive, friendly and courteous. The dedication to keeping abreast of the latest efficient medical and information technology is apparent here, providing beneficial patient education, treatment and improvement, and making and keeping appointments is quick and simple, with timely reminders by e-mail, voice and text-messaging. The facility's ambience is cheerful, comfortable and welcoming throughout, and its location is convenient to reach. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Porras to others without reservation.

I have been going to Dr. Porras‘s office for years and after finding out I had skin cancer and missing a lot of work at my Agency, due to those surgeries and healing, I really know how important it is to always be supporting our local small businesses. Dr. B Porras has treated me with kindness and care and I love their products especially the tented Sun protection for your face. Also when I walk in the door it feels like total relaxation in a gorgeous setting. I have referred hundreds of patients because I’ve seen not everyone does an annual dermatology check up but definitely should!! This is an important step in our health that can’t be overlooked.

The entire staff is very friendly and professional. I have rosacea and Dr. Porras took her time with me explaining all about rosacea. I learned information that I hadn't previously with other dermatologists. I had a laser treatment to help decrease the redness. She has an amazing line of skin care products. I love the redness relief, sunshield, and mineral pressed foundation. I have also had endermologie treatments which have amazing effects.

Please read entire review: Disappointed and I do not recommend! My visit felt rushed regarding her time spend evaluating my skin, also the doctor was not clear explaining my diagnosis’s. At the end of my appointment, the doctor brought in her products, I feel they were pushed for me to purchase. The doctor insisted I use mineral based makeup and then proceeded to use her products by saying I should switch to her mineral powder. During my purchase I was not informed all purchases are final and there was no visual notices posted stating that information. I tried the makeup for two days and decided I did not like the product, it dried out my skin and did not sit well. I called two days after my visit, spoke with the receptionist telling her I’d like a refund, she responded she’d be there until 5 pm the next day and I can come anytime. The next day, upon my arrival the reception retrieved another employee from the back, that person immediately confront me with frustration telling me they could not give me a refund. I asked why not and they said all purchases are final, I asked why the receptionist failed to inform me of this and their argument was she was new and didn’t know then she proceeded to show me this hidden inventory list showing printed on the bottom that all purchases are final. I immediately questioned why they didn’t tell me that during my purchase or while I was on the phone. Also, the receptionist showed me they keep an inventory list in all patients folders to keep records of what each patient purchases, so when I purchase this item she never told me all purchases were final and that was not listed on my receipt . They continued to add discomfort to the situation, telling me they had enough and we need to wrap this up. After bringing it to their attention of the horrible customer service, I felt they are behaving inappropriately and behaving so rudely, I was then offered an exchange for another product from their inventory because they were not giving me a refund and were refusing to ask the doctor for me. This is my second time visiting their office and every time they push their expensive products: their face wash, sunscreen, moisturizers, serums, etc. Another note while I was trying to refund the powder, the receptionist/staff told me I should have purchased the moisturizer also because that’s why the powder was drying out my skin. Overall a major disappointment and I do not recommend this office.
