Excellent customer service! Chad was very informative and patient through all our questions, and was very transparent on the terms of the contract. Mason, the tech who installed everything was likewise very helpful in teaching us how to use the equipment, and was very prompt and efficient in setting everything up. We had a tight schedule for getting the equipment installed, but Mason was able to come take care of everything within a matter of hours. So far, all the equipment has run perfectly, as expected, which was great timing since we ended up leaving town for the holidays. We love the peace of mind provided by this service!

We had been thinking of getting a security system when Zach came to our front door and explained your system. The Wise Home Solutions system was reasonable in price (tho the 5 year contract was long term which I wish it could have been for a shorter term). Zach was able to contact his installers who came out that evening. They installed everything (including giving us help on the apps for the phone) in a timely manner and explained how things worked including the Ring Doorbell. It’s been a week since we had the system installed and are very happy.

They were very helpful with explaining their tech and helping me select what I wanted to have as far as my needs for home security. After that, they were able to get everything installed that day. It included a Ring security camera, several window and door sensors, a new deadbolt, and a touchscreen mounted on the wall to control it all. Throughout the installation process they were able to show me how the system worked, all the options everything had, how to customize it, and they were able to link everything together. I can control it from either my phone or the touch pad on the wall. I loved them and their work. I would definitely recommend them to all homeowners.

WISE showed up on our doorstep and we knew it was meant to be. The representative was helpful, smart, confidant and knew exactly what we needed. The prices CANNOT be beat!
