The customer service at this store is the worst I have seen tmobile have, and usually I would say tmobile has an incredible support. The management at this location was terrible. It took them almost a month to get the replacement of a phone that that a sim card issue. The first time they told me it would take about 10 days to arrive and after following up with them meticulously they realized the order has not gone though ending up in having to re order it and delaying the shipment by 22 days.
Great location, the gentleman were very knowledgeable and had fantastic customer service. After listening to my chit chat, other than the customer service needs I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Chris is absolutely amazing. When I came in he had a hype attitude which really made my day. I purchased the S20 Ultra from him super fast and easy. He treats the phones he sells very well. Wonderful guy needs to get a raise - Jared Jenkins
