The consul general Zghenti is rude and utterly unprofessional with people. Even outside of her office, she's insulting and mistreating other service personnel in New York. It's a shame that an incompetent diplomat like her represents Georgia. One can't expect any better from the illegitimate local government of Georgia, who appointed her first place.

Not helpfull, costumer service very rude and ignorant, she dont want to be bothered to answear my questions, she hang up on me.
