I fedexed my passport on May 15 to apply for a visa. I got a courtesy phone call from the embassy informing me that my application was processed and approved. I got my passport back on May 24. I was speechless. No hassle, no fuss. Thank you guys! Keep it up!

I have nothing but great things to say about my repeated visits to the Mission, and my experience there with the representatives. I must add that I had the chance to meet the Ambassador and his secretaries and they were most welcoming. Thank you so much for all of your assitance!

OMG! Can you at least pick that phone! I am a student and I am stuck because I really need my passport. I was there in June, they asked me to wait at least 4weeks to receive the passport. Since then, I started calling them every single day: Up to 20calls/day but no one picks up the phone. It will be great to receive some updates on the status of those passports because school starts in August and I work on campus. I am really stuck, so please start being professional!
