Sell some pretty lit stuff but it's pretty pricey.
Worst customer service that I have ever have. If Andrew is there then just leave. He was absolutely rude to me and attacked me about my personal life and what I was purchasing. He is giving that store a bad name.
Teenagers seem to love this store. As a parent, I tolerate it to get the teens what they want. While the selection is impressive, the prices vary wildly. I hardly ever buy something that isn't on sale. Employees vary wildly from the extremely eager to help to the couldn't care less about your existence. Located in the Traverse Outlets, it is in the right place. There is plenty of parking in the non-gift-giving holiday months. Egress is usually OK as well.
I absolutely love this location! The employees are happy to help you and will even talk about your interests with you! The employees are very fun to be around and extremely friendly!
Great location. The employees are always really nice and helpful. It's nice that the store is located right by the parking lot and not inside a mall.
