I left my gold necklaces and it disappeared. I was the only customer there and Rose helped me remove my necklaces before the massage. No manager called with sincere apologizes or tried to make the situation better. I had to call several times to know the status and my emails unanswered. It totally sucks and karma to the person that stolen it too. Do not waste your money or time!

Absolutely amazing. I had the 1 hour deep tissue massage and the Masseuse (Linda) was fantastic. I will def go back. Next time for deep tissue AND the foot reflexology.

Services are great -- I got various massages at Soho Spa. Facilities are clean, cozy and tranquil. Samples are a delight.nnIn addition to service quality, I wanted to mention that owner and manager of the spa were incredibly accommodating when I reached out to them with an unusual request. While I can't share personal details, my ask was met with understanding and compassion. I can't be more satisfied with Soho Spa.
