Services were the best! The staff WAS USUALLY always friendly and helpful!..I absolutely loveD BLISS SPA. I have to change my rating because I unabashedly invited and paid for my sister-friend's services in January 2021, when services were the best, as usual. My friend and I were both pleased. I paid for 5 laser treatments for my friend. She was happy and pain-free the first time. THEN she was severely burned the second time she went on March 25th, 2021. I was refunded for the 4 treatments but what about her? She had to ask for ice. I'm so disappointed AND embarrassed with management and laser technician. Owner of Bliss Soho is so understanding. Mens locker room is very small. I was the only guy there so it was fine, but I dunno how it would work if there were 2-3 guys. Massage itself was enjoyable. Was weird to have to walk up/down steps in flimsy flip flops though.

Alex gives an excellent massage. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Spacious facility with the only exception being the pedicure area.

One of my favorite spa WHEN IT COMES TO SERVICES, but I have always noticed that management isn’t very accurate when it comes to put the guys/girls in an efficient way in the desk schedule. More than one time I have seen only one desk receptionist working by himself with 4 or 5 customers in the most hectic hours of the day, and then there’s more people in the floor, doing nothing, talking, while the place has less traffic. A SPA has to run efficiently and smoothly enough so customers dont feel any chaos whenever their need is precisely to relax

Nice location...soothing atmosphere and attentive staff. I also appreciated the snacks and tea.
