I never write reviews but this was by far the BEST spa I have ever been to! From start to finish everything was amazing. The staff was extremely welcoming and seemed to really care about their customers. The customer service was excellent! Massage was amazing! I brought my mom here for her birthday and she loved it. Everyone was so sweet and kept wishing her a happy birthday, even gave us a free glass of champagne. We were also given plenty options of snacks. Everything was clean. I can honestly go on and on about how amazing this place was! Nuansa Spa will definitely be my go to spa from now on and I plan on recommending them to all of my friends and family. Thanks again for such a great experience !

I booked an appointment for my wife and I for the morning and it was amazing. From getting off the elevator to the massage itself, the experience was awesome. The workers were so kind and really tailored the massages o what we asked for. I cant wait to book another appointment. Also during these heavy times they seem to really be on top of covid policies

One of the best experience I've had in a very long time. Back feels unreal after the massage. A very want facility and the service and mood is ideal for a massage. So relaxing. Will definitely suggest this to anyone looking for a massage.

Great massage, great facial, great vibe overall. However my biggest issue is they charged my debit the $423 plus an additional $200. Made my account balance 0.00 then proceeded to say my card declined. On my statement it said NUANSA SPA with two different charges. Then they asked for another card and charged the $423 again. I asked what’s going to happen with the $600 they just took and she said sorry. You’ll get it back in a few days as if I wasn’t in another state and now had no money.nnFew days later I only see the $200 dollars back and not the $423 so now I have still have two charges of $423. One on my debit and one on my credit card
