Manuela went above and beyond in her service with me today. I went into Skin Spa feeling all tensed and I left there with a weight lifted off my shoulders. She is very knowledgeable and attentive to my skin care concerns which made me feel very comfortable and filled with joy. I recommend her to anyone looking for quality service!
I've updated my review to 5 stars. I came here for laser hair removal and was impressed by the results. Especially after hearing some horror stories from friends who went to other locations. The staff here really knows what they're doing and the process was easy and efficient. I highly recommend.

Blossom has become my urban oasis. From the warm greeting I get from Brittany or Julia the moment I walk in, to the cup of tea I enjoy by the fireplace, right through one of Enoc's expert massages -- I always leave feeling better than I did when I arrived. Blossom is an hour-long therapeutic retreat from the frenetic pace of life in Hollywood and quite possibly the most beautiful space in the neighborhood!
I went there today to get a facial off Groupon. I have not had facial in over 3 years, don't judge me. lol I knew my pores were clogged. Since I am light skinned, I saw my clogged pores on my nose and chin. The woman who gave me my facial name starts with an M.. She was incredible. The place was clean and safe. The young lady at the front desk was polite and professional. I had the facial this morning, just checked my skin at 6:30 and the blackhead are gone. I cannot believe how clear my skin looks. I won't wait years to get one either. I enjoyed talking to M.. She educated me about my skin type and made me feel comfortable to ask about my skin problems. I will go back.
