The people was very nice I went in there two time and everyone is very helpful
The people are rude, and think they’re better than everyone else. They act like they’re the only intellectuals in the room. They are pretentious and their behavior is disgusting. Come on Honduras, this is coming from a college graduate from an American university, we can train our professionals better;Rather than bloat their little self esteem. Their attitude would get me fired in any firm here in the states. Their insecurities radiate hate and division within our community in the tri state area.
been trying to get passport appointment since sept of December a last year 2020. i haven't been able to get one. i call and they say check every 1st of the month and i do and every time they are booked. now they are booked till June. i need my passport so i can take my citizen test.
I have been trying to make an appointment for a few months now. Website never has appointments available and the phone number listed on Google is always busy and when the call finally goes through its a call center. Like are we serious?
