Very nice people, they speak English, Russian, and Estonian. Fast service, took me about 15 minutes to get in and out for my passport pickup.
I visited to pick up my e-resident credentials and the staff was friendly and spoke excellent English. Their brochures about Estonia are also a great way to pass the time while you're waiting.

Those people are really kind. I went for a Schengen visa without my Green Card the lady at the front desk was kind enough to give me a new appointment and it was very fast. I had my visa in a timely period of time. The questions was tough but as long you’re honest you’ll get your visa.nI asked for a multiple entrees visa with 90 days validity but she gave me instead a single entry visa with a validity of one month.nBut I’m very grateful.ud83dude0annThank you again.
