My family and I live in California. We have used the Moroccan consulate’s services in New York -via express mail- several times (for passport renewal). We were impressed by their effectiveness and efficiency. Each single time, we received the passport promptly and duly handled. Thanks a lot.
Excellent service I had no problem getting them on the phone (a very cheerful and knowledgeable lady answered all my questions) and the website states all the documents needed for each different services they offer, for some you don't even need to go in person. At the consulate the staff was very corteous and efficient as all services were divided so you wait in your service line and not randomly. The person that greets you and direct you to the right service is very professional and helpful. Timeline on getting back my documents were as discussed as most of the time it has to go to Morocco, so it is normal it takes longer. I applaud the overall improved service as I did not use them in few years.

They have to fixe the phone and answer to people, I go all way to the city and they said we can’t do that here okay no problem but you have to answer to the phone because we have kids , job , and stuff to do and nobody want to be in the train fir 2hours fir nothing. Y all need more organization to make it work
