Smooth and efficient service!nEveryone was very nice. You must wear a mask due to covid19 as expected. My appointment was at 8 am but i arrived at 7:30. Nice lady checks you in and you must wait outside but they did call Everyone on time by appointment. What a difference from before. Not sure if it is new management or they needed social distance but seriously what an improvement! Keep it up!

Close from 1 to 3 it’s just not right you have people waiting to be attended ..and you lazy people are getting pay to offer a bad customer service and having a long break it’s a shame ...FIX YOUR BREAK AND WORK

I went today to update my passport & ID. Everything was great and fast. I was out in 30-40 minutes.
