This is completely frustrating ,unorganized and careless. You can spend hours on the phone and can’t get a person to talk to you, the prompts given do not work says you have pressed an incorrect key !!!!! I’m wondering who is managing this place this is absolutely unacceptable!!!! SHAME ON YOU CONSULADO DE COLOMBIA , I wish I can give you negative stars!!!!!!!!
web site never works as it should.. directions and paperwork are not clear... BIG WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.... WORST CONSULATE EVER!!!!
Extremely unprofessional. I would give zero stars if I could. Been trying to reach them over the phone for a week and no answer. Their website is ridiculously confusing.
