What is the point of an embassy if no one ever picks up a call or gets back to you. Obviously people who work here do not have a work ethic they have, I am lazy and refuse to do my job ethic. Geez it’s your embassy is useless and embarrassing. Maybe read all the reviews that say the same thing and fix it!!!!

I ve been calling for months, unbelievable but no answer, left messages, no response, I don’t understand, are these people working or just chilling here in the US. Its a disgrace.

I have been waiting for my passport for 10 months now. The consulate have stopped responding to my emails and never seem to answer the phone. I'm in desperate need of documentation and they seem to not care, or understand the urgency of the situation.
