I dealt with a lot of embassies and consulates in my life. I have never seen anything this bad. I applied for a work visa to go on a work mission to Saudi Arabia; the consulate lost my passport. They never respond to phone calls and the one time they did, the front desk lady became combative, rudely raised her voice and hang up on me when I asked her to check if they have my passport anywhere; I don’t understand why. I canceled my work visit. If their embassy is acting this way in my country; what will they do when I go to their country.

They dont answer the phone also are very lazy at work

Close this place down. No point in calling or doing anything with them . They dont want to do their work properly and dont even know what theyre doing most the time. They need to get rid of all the workers and hire people who can do the job.
