Friendly counter staff. Very helpful telephone assistance. Unfortunately the mail correspondence is unacceptable, unprofessional, uninformed and just plain rude.

Not to hard to get passport but some problems

Worked out very well. I made a passport renewal appointment and was allowed to have my ID renewal at the same time (no 2and appointment needed). It was all quick, very friendly and professional. My email where answered quick and as there was an update at the fingerprint machines on my appointment day they quickly rescheduled.nI can't say much about the mood of the people, I got there early at 9am so everyone was awake and happy.

German efficiency- yet quite friedly.nNot at all busy during COVID times.
