Today I attended the Consulate General of Kazakhstan in NY. I needed to get a birth certificate for my mother. I am pleased to note the significant advantages of this Consulate in comparison to consulates of other countries e. g. Russian. Everything in Kazakhstan Consulate was nice. I didn't wait for a long time to get my phone call answered (unlike in consulates of other countries). I made appointment just 2 days ahead because there was no waiting list in line. Upon coming to the appointment, I didn't wait much and was invited right at the scheduled time of the appointment. The Consulate employee was polite and friendly and we did everything fast. I recommend this place to everybody.

It's impossible to get through!!! People, answer the phone or email at least once please, it's a pandemic time, I cannot come 2 hours in Manhattan and ask simple question I can get through phone talk! Cheezes...
