Consulate General of Belarus

During Belarusian Presidential Elections the whole procedure was awfully organized. Starting from the extremely slow service and ending with ridiculous statements about ‘not having money to allow air conditioning work for the full day on the floor’ - disgusting service at it’s finest

Nice service, people who work there were friendly and helpful when I came in person. Not 5 stars only because it's impossible to get to talk to them on the phone. Every time I tried, I had to give up and either show up in person or call DC to get my questions answered :)nP.S. Tip: Marx Realty is the entrance to the building, consulate is on the 20th floor.

I wish I could give it 5 stars, but it has been impossible to reach them over the phone. I've been trying for a week, calling about 5 times a day - ZERO result! There is no way to leave a voice mail either. I hoped that writing an email would help - I got nothing withing a few days.nnI am sure that there are a lot of people in Belarus, who would be happy to provide an excellent customer service here, but unfortunately the current employees do not have an idea of multitasking at all. The only way they can answer your question is making you come to see them. Take a day off, or even a couple of them. Who cares? It's a shame.
