Trent was above and beyond amazing and patient. He went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were met first! He made sure everything went so smooth. He was even able to communicate via text message with me and talk me through everything on the phone. Smoothest storage rental transaction ive ever had, and I’ve done a lot of storage rentals. Would Highly highly recommend this place and this staff.
Great storage. Clean, organized, service is generally great. Security is all around all the units.
Thier prices slowly increase if you keep your units for a long time. But just work with the staff to see if you can get the price back down. 5 stars if I didn't have to keep checking on my unit price increases.
Very friendly and outgoing staff. I had 3 phone calls so far reaching out making sure my experience was going smoothly. Lock waiting in unit for me when I got there. Other storage units make you buy one. Nice and very convenient thanks!
We had three storage units for 6 months here and had a great experience! Everything was hassle free, clean and easy to access. Not to mention the manager was very nice and always willing to help in anyway. Would recommend!
We were greeted by Trent today. He is very friendly and provides prompt service. He wore a mask which was great to see. He showed us our storage unit and offered to answer any of our questions. The facility is spotless and secure. We were able to fill out the forms with him on the phone. It was easy and convenient. He was clear and patient with me even though I was having a bad connection. If you need a storage unit, this place and Trent won’t disappoint!
