I went here for the first time recently and had such a great experience. Front desk was very kind and Brianna did such an amazing job! Highly recommend!

My experience here was great! The receptionists could have surely been a bit more welcoming and friendly, but that did not hinder my visit too much. They just seemed a bit unhappy to be there. But I was there for three waxing services and could not have been more pleased. Samantha was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable and she was just so sweet and kind. She cared to ask me if the temperature was okay and even explained how the wax is made and how it does not attach to your skin like at the nail salons. I also left with two retail products by her recommendation and was beyond pleased with the value I received for my buck. Would recommend! :-)

I had a 3:30 appointment with Helen in the Poughkeepsie office today. Something came up last minuet so I called to cancel my appointment at 3:15. I told them I would call back another time to reschedule. 3:45 comes and I get a text message from them stating I did a no show and I will be placed on a walk in basis only if I do it again. I texted back saying I called at 3:15 and I got a nasty response I’m return stating “ you did not call us therefore you are a no show” these people really really need to work on their customer service skills. I’m very unhappy and will be calling the cooperate office first thing Monday morning!

I love this place. Been going here for a few years now different locations but they always do an excellent job.
