M Beauty Day Spa

I’ve been going to this spa for a couple of years and the services have always been great, the therapists were always friendly and very thorough. Unfortunately my last visit was not a pleasant experience. Ownership has changed along with all the employees that used to work there. The new ownership was very rude, bad customer service, only cared about trying to over sell services. The massage and facial were okay but definitely not to the standards I was used to. My main goal in getting a massage and facial is to relax and relieve stress, unfortunately neither were accomplished during my last visit. Lastly, the new ownership clearly was not nice to their own employees, it was not pleasant not witness. I will not be going back to this spa. :(

It was a good massage but they need to lay off trying to sell you stuff. As soon as you walk in the door the sales pitch began Lucky for me I know how to say no and I only have to say it once but I overheard the woman trying to sell to my sister-in-law and was very belligerent about it so that'll be the last time I go to that massage parlor but again lay off the sales pitch as soon as the customer walks in to the store.

I came for a deep tissue massage after a more than a year to be in the house for COVID 19 , location o in clean , massage went good they offered the couping also was good , as first time , just a littlenAhwww at the end since a little pushy to buy more sessions. Was good over all

The ladies were nice and the massage and facial were great. I did these services with my boyfriend in the couples room. I did the aromatherapy massage but I only smelled the lavender when I first started the massage, not throughout. The cold mask for the facial was my favorite part! Also, there is parking.
