Lila is amazing and massage is very personable. She creates such a relaxing atmosphere and puts positive energy into what she does. This isn’t like massage envy or hand and stone where the therapists don’t put in a lot of effort. Lila cares so deeply about the experience she creates for her clients. Wonderful first experience with Lila! Warm, inviting room and great ambiance. I love that she has flexible hours and 30 minute sessions in addition to an hour for targeted areas which is exactly what I needed. She listened to my areas of concern and addressed them beauty. I have had a number of therapeutic massages with Lila. In every case, as the massage ends, I have had a positive experience. Prior to the most recent massage I had, my shoulder and neck were in spasm. Lila knew exactly which muscles to work, and upon completion of the massage, there was a wonderful cessation of the spasms and pain, and the sense of relief was dramatic. I would strongly recommend Lila’s expert skills to anyone. Lila will gear the massage to your unique needs. I might add, her personality is an added bonus....I always enjoy carrying on interesting conversations with her, as she works.
