THE WORST experience. Just a money grabber place, seems like you get everything here other than massage. They take money up front & waste 10-15 minutes by rubbing some oil and start telling you about other services that are offered here - and one of them is to pay $100 tip for massage.nI wish, i can give 0 stars to this place.nSCAM & AVOID this place.

I wish I was writing a review of the actual massage, however, I never got that far. After having my initial appointment cancelled the day I was suppose to have a massage, I was rescheduled to 2 days later. I encountered several issues. First, they were not open at 9:30 am as posted. I waited outside for 5 minutes after ringing the bell twice before someone opened it. I was then asked to wait a few minutes. When someone came out, and said that I would need to wait an hour as the other massage therapist took a walk in. So after cancelling my appointment, rescheduling it, they decided it would be prudent to honor a walk in instead. Sure, that's one way to do business. The person discussing this with me kept saying she only worked there and there was nothing she could do and that it wasn't her fault. I had other plans in the day and could not wait an hour, also, I had already moved this appointment at their request. If any of this strikes you as unprofessional, discourteous or at the very least an inconvenience, I would suggest you go elsewhere. They did not respect my time, nor honor the appointment that was made, not once, but twice. You can do better, shame on you.

Only reason I tried this business was it was listed on groupon. Owner would not honor groupon and lied that groupon had refunded all monies to purchasers. Owner offered service only if I paid another charge.nIe wanted to be paid twice.

Best Massage ever, great staff thanks will definately come again.

Great experience every time. Don’t have a single complaint.
