Amazing! Nick and his team were so polite, quick , helpful, and professional! They really take care of your belongings and they made sure to get everything done as quickly as possible to honor our timeframe. They made the effort to place everything in our home neatly exactly where we asked them to. Super fair pricing also ! 5 stars !!!!

Used them for a move in August and could not have been happier. Efficient but safe with the fragile/valuable items. Nice group and did everything we asked. Highly recommend!

They did not show up on time per our contract, days late actually. They forced me to pay the remaining balance under duress days before the rest of my items actually arrived. I was promised a credit but they have been radio silent on answering emails (over 20) and MGMT refuses to speak over the phone. They didn't even respond to the BBB complaint submitted, I can only imagine because they didn't want to lie in writing and they had no argument for my complaint. Below is the email I have been requesting they answer for months and over dozens of emails.nnAll,nnThe purpose of this email is to inform Vector Moving of the following:nn1.) Obtain contact information (email and phone) for the Vector Moving Supervisor or President in charge (Johnny or otherwise). Repeated requests for contact information have not been fully addressed.nn2.) Inform Vector Moving that I reluctantly signed the agreement and paid the remaining balance under duress. Contradictory to information communicated at the time of booking, I was told by the subcontractor delivering part of my belongings that he was not able to unload the truck without full payment as per his orders from Vector Moving.nn3.) Request a full refund in the amount of $5,850.00, not including the damages.nn4.) Notify Vector Moving that our own belongings (bedding) were used by the movers to wrap furniture and electronics of ours without our consent.nna. A décor rug was used to wrap wooden furniturenb. A bedspread was used to wrap a floor mirrornc. A TV was not packed in a TV box; it was thrown into a box surrounded by bedding and the box was not closed

Georgy and team did a fantastic job moving us out of our Brooklyn apartment and into a storage facility. They gave an hour window time frame when they would show up which is very convenient, and were prompt and very fast. Happy to recommend Vector.

Alex and team Were amazing, took good care of our stuffs..very fast and efficient...Placed all the items exactly as labeled on the box. Very satisfied with the quality of work..the price also was very reasonable.
