I have had the best experience with Extra Space Storage. Used them twice, and each time, it was easy breezy. Madonna is the BEST!!!! She actually assisted me in the Union location as well, a couple of years ago, such a courteous and professional woman. I loved conducting business with her each and every time I had questions or needed assistance. If they had an associate like Madonna in every location, Extra Space Storage would always maintain optimal customer service. She’s a keeper and should be regional manager!!! Love her!

I would highly recommend Extra Space storage to anyone I know in need of a storage unit. They are very friendly, helpful and have reasonable pricing. Their facility has wide hallways and big service elevators. They have plenty of carts available to their tenants to use for easy move in/move out. I felt that my stuff was safe in their facility. I would definitely use them again.

I rented a storage unit from this location and the lady that helped me went above and beyond by providing elite hospitality. Thank you so much for making feel comfortable with the pricing and the services. You went above and beyond assisting me to move in and move out . Although my stay was short it was memorable. First, let me say before I selected this storage facility, I checked the reviews and was pleasantly surprised to see the positives reviews. Upon arrival, I was greeted by one of the friendly, most professional representative. He was thorough in his welcoming presentation and all I could think of was all the positive reviews I read. I would certainly recommend this location and facility to anyone looking for extra space for storage. Extra Storage “thank you” for providing extraordinary customer service!!!
