Perhaps the best HomeGoods we've ever visited or shopped at. Very friendly and respectful staff... the store is always stocked up (and if they sell out of one product, they quickly find something to replace it with)... clean and safe in the midst of the pandemic... during our most recent visit, a Manager by the name of Rich was incredibly helpful at getting a previous problem/issue with a purchase, rectified and resolved in fine style. A true gentleman and a class act, who puts his customers first, 100% of the way. Highly recommended to all. A+++++

The store is always organized and the shelves are always full. I find accessories and soft goods that give rooms the details that tie it all together.

To say I’m a regular Home goods shopper is an understatement. But today will defina be my last trip to the Warren store thanks to the rude front end staff first it stated with the cashiers getting into an argument with each other in front of the long line of customers waiting to check out. Then when I finally get to the register with my $100 purchase and my one $12.99 return, I got a full lecture from the manager for not having my drivers license or passport and told they could not apply my return to my purchase because they need government issues ID to do so. Business acumen and customer service are definitely not the strong suit of the team of angry, condescending people who work at Home Goods in Long Hill. Goodbye and good riddance!

Haven't been here in a long time. The experience was great. Will be visiting more often in the future.
