We bought a Groupon and when I went to schedule they refused to schedule us for anything but first thing in the morning on a weekday and several weeks out. I was flexible in what time we could go. Just not first thing in the AM. My fiancé works and has morning meets he has to host. So they refused to schedule. Saying they have too many members. Then why offer a Groupon to bring in business? So confusing.

First time went there for massage I felt great and they convinced me to purchase the 10-massage package. After I purchased the 10-massage package I went there often,.n2 weeks ago I went there , They convinced me to purchase another package for cupping and facial. I was stupid and purchased additional two 10-treatment packages.nI go there just want to have massage and it turns out I purchased more and more items of treatment packages that I don’t really need. Don’t bring your credit card with you when you go there.nThey will try hard to ask you purchase other packages and orally offering good discount on the service items but they ignored the discount later and stated if you purchase another member package they will give you this discount. Selling, selling selling . They always try to sell you something during your massage or facial or after you the massage/facial while you are in the good mood.nnI went there yesterday for massage. The front desk guy tried to sell me another facial package which I just bought last time I was there. He said that the facial package I purchased before is doing nothing to me. I should buy a better luxury package. He tried and tried and tried to make me to buy another package. I told him frankly that I knew he will try to sell me something, my husband suggested me don’t bring credit card with me. He was not happy but he stopped. Yes , I was happy ; I can walk out this place without buying another package.. however, my tour tire is not over...nI usually give the lady who service me fair tips depends on how much they taking care me. Yesterday, the front desk guy asked me to put the tips into the envelope because the massage lady was busy With other customer. I followed his direction put the tips In the envelope.nGuess, what the front desk guy ( his name is Jimmy) said to me ?nAfter I put the money into the envelope. First he gave me a dirty look and said to me “you only gave $ for tips “ ? I said No, I gave two of $ bills for tips. and then he checked the envelope and Said nothing.nAll my massage relaxing enjoyment all gone !!!nI don’t want to go back this place again.nThe problem is I still have the package I did not use ! What should I do with the package I already purchased ????? !!!

Therapist didn't listen to me when I told her she was applying too hard a pressure. She kept forcing her elbows and knuckles into my back. Had bruises on back next day. Also told her legs were sore and she barely massaged them.

This place gives a great massage and is consistent from one massage to the next. The owner/manager is really nice and they are super accommodating. I've been to a lot of different places and this is definitely a great place especially for the price.

Hidden fees if you want a little bit more. Stick with the packages, but there is a noticeable difference when you stick to the packages. Their goal is to get you to spend beyond the packages, and take more money from younnIf you want a real massage, you're going to have to spend beyond the packages, as it's only very light pressure.
