This is by far the most impressive self storage facility I have ever rented a unit from. Less than 2 years old and in immaculate condition. Having rented in numerous places over 10 years this by far best property. Omar, the General Manager was professional helpful and accommodating. They have excellent prices and promotions. First Inquired about 5x10 unit with Renee the manager at this new location. She was very nice and answered all my questions. Upon making my decision, she offered that I stop by the following day to check out the unit and other units to see what would meet my needs. Which I did. I was greeted by Omar. He is also general manager at this location. He had my paperwork ready and showed me the units. He was in no rush to make a deal with me. After looking at several options, I chose the 5x10. He answered my questions about billing and hours I can come. Very nice man. Definitely will see how my first storage unit with this facility will be. Very clean and brand spanking new. A+++ for customer service! If you need a unit. Come speak to Renee or Omar.
Just rented a space from Omar who was helpful and professional. He was patient and informative.nThe facility is very clean and well lit. I was impressed that there are cameras for security and that it gave the feeling of storing at home.nI hope I am as happy in six months as I am starting with Cube Smart.
Very helpful staff. I'd originally reserved a much larger unit but upon pulling up with my moving van, a very friendly rep named Renee informed me that my unit was over sized for what had just arrived, ansking did I have more coming. When I stated No. Renee gave me a tour of my reserved space and then showed me 3 others and explained how to pack my stuff in the smaller unit. She was a dream.
